With the new year approaching I could decorate my tree with nickles for every time I answer the questions “What does the market look like for next year?”. Here is the latest prediction for 2019 from RE/MAX headquarters. This is important information for people planning to buy or sell a home in 2019 as we have a situation of rising interest rates and limited inventory in some areas.
