It has been a busy year and I am happy to congratulate my sellers at 244 Fisher Rd in Holden and 8 Prospect Parkway in Auburn on their successful sales today in the snow! These sales make it an even forty transactions for 2015! What a great way to end the year!

Oh it was such a busy fall now that we are coming into what is supposed to winter I can finally catch up on my Just Sold and Just Listed blogs. I know I know…bad Amy. It makes the to-do list and then working with my clients to get to “sold” and “listed” takes priority!
I was super happy to sell 41 Sunderland Rd this week! My seller purchased the house with me several years ago as a foreclosure for his daughter to go to college in the area. With some elbow grease he had a wonderful home for her and realized a great return! Congrats Pete and Dana!
And the first of the triple Framingham condos closed! My great new clients have (had) three condos in the same complex that they have been renting out for years. In the hustle and bustle of raising of a family and working they decide to SIMPLIFY and sell off the investment properties. Congrats to Adam and Paula for selling the first of the three (the other two are under agreement) at 131 Mellen in Framingham!
With several successful home inspections for my buyers this past week and a new short sale approved listing coming up I will definitely have more to say! (Wait…do I ever NOT have anything to say?)
