Basements….

Basements!

They can be more than we just “stack our stuff” or place “where the furnace lives”.  Moving forward to the last frontier in my own house I have been searching around for something quirky (to match the rest of the house) to do with the basement while still keeping it…well…a basement.  Just not so Ugly!

Now I don’t think I will go fully into the live fish pond in the middle but the use of the existing brick walls to create a space that can be both functional and still “basementy” is intriguing!
