I am doing a broker’s open today at 179 Osborne Street in Ware – complete with free scratch tickets for the brokers who visit – and I had to share this email exchange I had with my seller because he has such a great sense of humor:

Good evening,
Guten Morgen Fraeulein

We are all set for the Broker’s Open on Thursday 12pm to 1:30pm and the Open House on Sunday, 2pm to 3pm.
Since Tiger Woods hasn’t been doing much lately, perhaps he could instruct the Brokers on how to play through at the Open.

I hope things are going well for you and I keep pushing the house! 
I pushed the lawn mower though the back yard again yesterday.  The house didn’t move when I pushed it.  Maybe you could get all the brokers to push it at the same time.
It’s a slow market in Ware 😦
It was slow pushing the mower too.  Could you create an express lane so the shoppers could move their carts through the market more efficiently ?
Hmmmm…maybe we can?!?! 🙂
