Bonus program for buyers of Fannie Mae Properties

Fannie Mae is looking to reduce its inventory of homes by the end of the year and has provided a new incentive for buyers to look towards those homes.  They are offering up to 3.5% in closing costs assistance from now until 12/31/2010.  There are 190 single family homes in Worcester County alone that would qualify for this bonus incentive!  It’s a fantastic time to be a buyer!
